Everyday In May

My goal is to blog everyday during the month of May. I'm already tired and ready to go to bed. I've got to get up tomorrow and mow the yard. I hope it doesn't rain tonight because the lawn is pretty soaked and it is long and needs to be cut. The fertilizer has come through and so it is pretty green, especially the back yard. It should look really good after I mow it.
The two Crepe Myrtle trees we planted in the yard are coming back. It froze a few weeks ago one night and killed the first leaves, but today I noticed that new leaves have come out. So they should be good.
We also have the Topsy Turvey Tomato growers and we have a few green tomatoes coming in and many many blooms. Looks like we will have tomatoes this summer. I love tomatoes. Today I made salsa and chicken with a slight tomato spicy flavoring. It was the first time I made it and it was really good. The family, I think, really enjoyed it. It was really good on flour and corn tortillas.
See you tomorow.
